To examine doubtful ST certificate a State Level Scrutiny Committee (SLSC)  has been formed by the GA (AR) Department on 15.04.2004  with the following 3 (three) members.

1. The Commissioner & Secretary, Tribal Welfare Department, Govt. of Tripura, Chairman

2. The Director, Directorate of Tribal Welfare, Govt. of Tripura, Member-Secretary

3. The Director, Directorate of Tribal Research Institute, Govt. of Tripura, Member

 Thereafter in partial modification of the earlier notification dated on 15.04.2004 and as per provision contained in Rule 7A (b) of the Tripura Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of vacancies in Service & Post) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2007, the State Level Scrutiny Committee (SLSC) has been re-constituted by the GA (AR) Department on 27.10.2007 with the following 4(four) members.

  1. The Secretary in-charge of the Tribal Welfare Department, Chairman

  2. The Director, Directorate of Tribal Welfare, Govt. of Tripura, Member-Secretary

  3. The Director, Directorate of Tribal Research Institute, Member

  4. The Joint Secretary or Deputy Secretary of the Law Department, Member

      (to be nominated by the Law Secretary)
